Currently, a new generator has been sent to the Nikopol center for medical and social rehabilitation of children who have developmental peculiarities, psychological deviations or need long-term specialized work for recovery and further socialization.

Currently, active fighting is taking place in Nikopol, the electricity supply is very unstable, because the large-scale damage to the infrastructure does not make it possible to repair everything quickly. The Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation, founded in 1949, also functions as an institution that cares for children who have lost their parents. In addition, specialists accept patients with congenital defects, chromosomal disorders, anomalies, deformities, psychological disorders, diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Children's age is from 7 days to 7 years!

The Nikopol medical center treats children from Nikopol and Nikopol districts, Apostolovoy and Apostoliv districts, the cities of Pokrov (Ordzhonikidze), Marganets, as well as Sofiyiv, Synelnyk and Tomakiv districts of the region. This institution constantly accepts children from the temporarily occupied territories, and provides assistance to all, without exception.
