Ukrainian Association of Ambulatory Physicians

The association was founded on March 20, 2019. It currently has more than 21,000 qualified doctors.

The purpose and activities of the Association are to promote the protection and strengthening of the health of the people of Ukraine, protection of the legal rights and interests of doctors, as well as the development of outpatient care. The Association promotes the organization and holding of seminars, conferences, congresses, round tables, press conferences, etc. Attracts humanitarian aid for medical institutions and doctors. But during the war he helps the affected population, hospitals and medical centers of Ukraine. The activity is also aimed at improving the quality of care for the population of Ukraine through the professional development of doctors.

The activities of the Association in peacetime cover several spheres

Public and humanitarian activities

Assistance to medical institutions and hospitals in the form of medicines, personal hygiene and safety. Improving the working conditions of medical workers, organizing the improvement of the infrastructure of city polyclinics and primary health care centers, providing antiseptics, textbooks. Attracting and providing funds to primary care centers in the amount of UAH 3,800,000. Use of own resources, attraction of sponsors, charitable funds. For the last three years, the Association has been providing free legal support to doctors.

Organizational and cultural-educational activities

Dissemination of knowledge and information for doctors. Organization of free professional training in order to improve the level of qualification and exchange of experience between employees of the Health Care Systems of Ukraine. Educational work, promoting public awareness of the basics of first aid. Supporting patients and their families.

Work in wartime from February 24, 2022 to the present day

Since the beginning of the aggression and attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, like every Ukrainian, the Ukrainian Association of Ambulatory Physicians has changed its main activity and focused its work on supporting and assisting Ukrainian victims of hostilities during hostilities.

Charity and humanitarian programs

Assistance to the affected population, provision of necessary food and industrial goods, hygiene products. Assistance in the restoration of housing, water supply, in improving sanitary conditions in hospitals, hospitals, clinics of local importance. Financial assistance and provision of medicines to the population from the affected or occupied cities and towns. Implementation of transportation with the subsequent organization of a temporary stay for citizens. Expanding measures to protect and provide livelihoods among the affected population, supporting Ukraine's transition from the aforementioned humanitarian crisis to rapid recovery and development.

Alexander Yevgenyevich Abaturov in 1973 entered the Dnepropetrovsk Medical Institute, graduating with a degree in Pediatrics. After graduating from the Medical Institute, he worked as a pediatrician in Orikhiv, Zaporizhia region. Since 1981 he has been the head of the pediatric department of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Children's Hospital. Since 1985 he has been working at the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy. In 1989 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences, later in 1996 he defended his doctoral dissertation. Since 1993 - Head of the Department of Faculty Pediatrics of Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy. In 2001 he was awarded the academic title of professor. From 2008 to present he is the head of the Department of Pediatrics 1 and Medical Genetics of the Dnieper State Medical University. Under the scientific advice and guidance of Professor O.Y. Abaturov prepared 3 doctors and 7 candidates of medical sciences, 1 doctor of philosophy, 2 dissertations for the degree of doctor of medical sciences and 2 dissertations for the degree of doctor of philosophy.

From 1991 to 1993 she trained in a clinical residency at the Ukrainian Research Center for Radiation Medicine of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and completed a full course in "Gastroenterology". In 1998 she passed the attestation at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, was awarded the qualification of gastroenterologist of the first category. In 2007 she took an internship in gastroenterology at NMAPE named after P. Shupik in the specialty "Gastroenterology" and confirmed the title of specialist in the specialty "Gastroenterology". In 1994-1995 she studied for a master's degree, from 1995 to 1998 - in graduate school at the Department of Hospital Pediatrics G1, where she has been working since 1999. In 1978 she graduated from Poltava Medical Dental Institute. She worked as a pediatrician. From 1982 she worked at the Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy (Poltava). In 2001 she received the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences. Since 2002 he has been a professor and the head of the Department of Pediatrics № 2. The scientific activity of the department is focused on the study of clinical-immunological and genetic features of bronchial asthma, secondary pyelonephritis, hepatitis and obesity in children.

He graduated from Dnipropetrovsk Medical Institute, majoring in "Traumatology and Orthopedics". In 1982 he defended his dissertation on "Multiple fractures, fractures of the metatarsals and their treatment", in 1991 - a doctoral dissertation on "Surgical treatment of chronic ankle injuries." PINSKYI LEONID LEONIDOVYCH

Professor of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy and the Department of Infectious Diseases, Faculty of Postgraduate Education, National Medical University named after O.Bogomolts. Author of more than 270 scientific papers in the field of infectology, hepatology, immunology, including 11 inventions and patents, 3 national textbooks, 6 monographs. He graduated with honors from Luhansk State Medical University in 1990 with a degree in Medicine. In 1991 he defended his Ph.D., in 2006 his doctoral dissertation on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic viral hepatitis. He passed the way from assistant, associate professor, professor to head of the department. From 1998 to 2002 he was a scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. For 15 years he managed the regional hepatology center. He has the honorary title of "Excellence in Education of Ukraine". The academic title of Professor of Internal Medicine and Endocrinology was awarded in 2011. In 2016 he was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine." For 30 years he was the head of the student scientific society of the Luhansk State Medical University, the organizer of the Small Medical Academy. He is currently the head of the department of scientific work of students of the Research Unit of the Bogomolets National Medical University. Fluent in English, teaches foreign students.
