Incredible people of an incredible country! Ukrainians are a nation of strong spirits and those who are unable to walk alongside a person who needs help! Recently, we visited a shelter that accepts displaced persons from Bakhmut, Lysychansk and other occupied territories. 68 people live in the shelter. Many people left their homes where they were on the very day when the aggressor came to our country, so they are constantly in need of warm things and food.
It's incredible that people are very responsive, friendly and have their own life circumstances that have forced them to leave everything and move away from home.
One family moved from Lysychansk and currently has no contact with their loved ones for 8 months. Children in the shelter continue to study sitting on their knees, because there are no tables there.
But despite everything, there are strict rules in the shelter, by which all people live. No one ever drinks alcohol there, because for that people can simply be asked to leave, and this is important, because there are a lot of children there and everyone is like one family. Each family takes turns cooking for everyone in the shelter, food is always supplied by humanitarian organizations.
When we arrived with our humanitarian basket, we met the girl who had given birth to baby Sasha. But during our visit, the child had a fever, loose stools, and nausea. Therefore, we quickly took the mother and child to L. Rudnev, and then to the 6th hospital, where they were immediately hospitalized. The mother and child are currently recovering and will return to the shelter.
We delivered pasta, cookies, juice, cereal, zucchini caviar, stew, nuts, oil, household chemicals, etc. to the facility.
We plan to take care of this shelter, because people there really need attention. We plan to take the washing machine there soon. Anyone can join the activities of the AAM Foundation! Help is needed today, there will be no other time for it, right here and now! Everything will be Ukraine
