The DIIA state portal presented online courses on the topics: "Psychological support for oneself and loved ones for civilians" and "Working with emotional burnout". They are filmed in the form of a mini-series consisting of a small number of episodes (up to 15). The duration of one release is up to 10 minutes.
According to the Ministry of Health, the project was implemented as part of the National Program of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support initiated by Olena Zelenska.

The purpose of these educational series is to support Ukrainians suffering from the war, who are in a state of constant stress, tension, and sometimes despair, to teach them how to support themselves and their loved ones in difficult times
Video lessons include answers to the following questions:
• how to relieve stress and tension in the body;
• how to help children in extreme situations and children who have survived the horrors of war.
• how to survive grief or how to cope with constant anxiety;
• how to support loved ones;
• how to conduct art-therapy for adults and children;
• how not to become a victim while saving others;
• how to get back in touch with your body if you're tired and how to recharge yourself for the day ahead;
• how to deal with guilt and psychological fatigue, etc.
It is noted that in order to pass the course, you should listen to the introduction and answer the test questions. Only after that, access to the next video will open.
We will remind you that we recently wrote about the fact that the majority of Ukrainians need psychological help because of the war.
