Fighting in the Luhansk region does not stop, for the last days the most active shelling was in Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Gorsky and Novodruzhesk.

According to the head of the Luhansk regional military administration Serhiy Haidai, 12 residential buildings and 4 infrastructure facilities, non-residential buildings were destroyed in a day. There are civilian casualties.

In Severodonetsk, the occupiers also destroyed a humanitarian aid center that fed 300 people every day. He came under massive shelling.

Without electricity 95,795 consumers, today – 146,490. 36 settlements were disconnected: 22 – completely, 14 – partially. Without gas – 38 settlements (31 – completely, seven – partially), it is 130 183 subscribers. There is no water supply in Rubizhne, Popasna, Hirsky, Severodonetsk and partly in Lysychansk.
