The Ministry of Health has published an explanation of the payment in martial law

Recommendations are aimed at heads of institutions and responsible officials (accountants)

Useful information for healthcare professionals:
The calculation of wages is carried out on the basis of timesheets (working hours, temporary incapacity for work, all types of leave, other absences for valid reasons, simple, etc.)
payment of downtime of employees is determined by the heads of budgetary institutions independently (within the salary fund), but not less than two thirds of the tariff rate set for the employee tariff category (salary).
