In early June, the Slovak Foundation “Revival of Ukraine" and the International Corporation “Crown Agents" donated more than 500 military uniforms to Ukrainian emergency physicians. The humanitarian cargo included bulletproof vests, plates and helmets.
According to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the equipment will be distributed among physicians who perform their professional duties at the forefront.
Today, hundreds of medics are forced to wear heavy bulletproof vests over their white coats, and a helmet instead of a medical cap. Today, this is exactly what the ammunition of a "soldier" holding the medical front looks like. The workers of the "emergency" have a very important mission in this war: saving someone else's life, they must not lose their own.
It is noted that this is not the first tranche of humanitarian aid that was managed to attract representatives of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health. Since the beginning of the war, more than a thousand pieces of various military equipment have been received from donors around the world.
It will be recalled that during the first two months of the war, the Association of Outpatient Medicine attracted more than 300 tons of humanitarian aid from philanthropists from the United States, Europe and Ukraine.
