Since the beginning of the war, medical institutions in Dnipropetrovsk region have treated 67 wounded children. Boys and girls – from the zone of active hostilities. Most are schoolchildren. Almost everyone has mine injuries. Currently, 10 young patients remain in hospitals in the region.
The first children with serious injuries began to arrive in Dnipropetrovsk region on March 2. The entire geography of hostilities can be traced to where young patients are brought from.

Most young patients have already been discharged or referred to hospitals in the western regions. Some are undergoing rehabilitation in foreign clinics.
12-year-old Ruslana and 8-year-old Eugenia are girl relatives from Privilege, Luhansk Region. They came under sudden enemy mortar fire. A few meters did not have time to the storage. The shell exploded next to the children.

Everything happened very unexpectedly. Electricity was provided every three days. So when the light came on, I cooked. We had lunch and headed to the basement. She added that two of her nephews died on the spot during the explosion. Teenage boys 11 and 14 years old. The woman's 70-year-old mother was also injured. She is currently in another hospital in Dnipro.
