The police of Donetsk region reports:
"The Russians killed 10 civilians and wounded 6. Two children died between 6:00 on May 18 and 6:00 on May 19. They were killed in the Lyman as a result of a direct hit in a residential building. 38 civilian facilities were destroyed - residential buildings, 2 schools and lyceums, a kindergarten, a garment factory, a house of culture, critical infrastructure facilities"
