The Ministry of Health of Ukraine reminded about how the salary calculation of medical workers, who were forced to leave their homes and move to another settlement of our country due to the start of a full-scale war, takes place.
According to the decree of the Ministry of Health No. 414 dated 03/04/2022, doctors who have the official status of an internally displaced person can get a job at the new place of residence, but the salary will be paid to him at the main place of work.
As of mid-July 2022, more than 3,500 doctors in Ukraine have already changed their place of work in this way. Most of them are in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Poltava and Lviv regions
After receiving a certificate on acquiring the status of an internally displaced person, medical workers can find employment at a temporary place of residence. To do this, it is necessary to contact the structural subdivisions for health care of regional administrations, and they, in turn, will send a specialist to work at a medical facility where there is a need for appropriate personnel. During employment, the medical worker's working hours are recorded in the institution to which he is assigned. Then this data is sent to the institution at the main place of work, after which he receives a salary
