Already from tomorrow, July 15, the use of paper prescriptions for drugs issued to patients under the program of full or partial compensation of their cost will be canceled in Ukraine.
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 12, 2022, from order No. 854 dated July 28, 2021 “Some issues of reimbursement of medicinal products under the program of state guarantees of medical care for the population", paragraph 2.1, which provided for the possibility of writing paper prescriptions for medicinal products, is excluded are subject to reimbursement.
This item was included by the Government in the resolution on reimbursement conditions on March 5 and was applied from the first day of the war - from February 24. This relaxation of the rules was made for situations where there was no technical possibility to issue an electronic prescription
