On Wednesday, April 13, the occupiers continued shelling residential areas of Kharkiv, killing 4 civilians and wounding 10 more. The head of the Kharkiv region of military administration Oleg Sinegubov reported about it.

«Today, during the day, the occupiers continued to shell residential areas of Kharkiv, where there is no military infrastructure. These are brutal deliberate attacks on civilians. Intense artillery strikes were recorded in Pivnichna Saltivka, 602nd microdistrict, Kharkiv Tractor Plant, Zhukovskyi village. Unfortunately, 4 civilians and 10 wounded were killed in the shelling during the day»

Currently, civilians are being evacuated from the most dangerous districts and villages of Kharkiv region. The head of the OBA added that humanitarian goods continue to be delivered to delivery points in Kharkiv and to the communities of the region.
