On August 1, prescriptions for antibiotics were introduced in Ukraine. The Ministry of Health reported how many such documents were issued in the first month and a half.
According to the Ministry of Health, the number of prescribed prescriptions recorded in the EHOZ is more than 103,000.
Currently, the e-prescription for antibiotics works within the framework of the transition period. This means that doctors who work with an electronic health care system must issue electronic prescriptions for antibiotics. However, if the doctor to whom the patient turned does not yet work with the ESOZ, he will write the patient a paper prescription on the prescription form f-1
However, the Ministry of Health reminded that there are certain exceptions to the rules that allow you to buy antibiotics without a prescription. All of them are directly related to a full-scale invasion. That is, pharmacies located within settlements in the area of hostilities or in temporarily occupied territories can dispense prescription antibacterial drugs to patients without a doctor's prescription during martial law. Volunteer and charitable organizations also enjoy this right.
