Since the beginning of the full-scale war, representatives of the Ukrainian Association of Ambulatory Physicians have been actively working to attract humanitarian aid from philanthropists from Europe, the United States and Ukraine and pass it on to Ukrainians who need it most. AAM members recently visited a family of IDPs from Donetsk.
According to the head of the Association of Ambulatory Medicine Artem Svodkovsky, we managed to get acquainted with this family thanks to caring Dnieper volunteers.
When we found that the family of our fellow doctor had to be evacuated from Donetsk to the Dnieper as a result of the fighting, it was immediately decided to help them with food, basic necessities and some personal hygiene items. I hope that soon they will be able to return home to a peaceful life.
