Recently, the Ukrainian Association of Outpatient Physicians donated humanitarian aid to the Dnipro Volunteer Center “Together for Victory", which supports the military. The AMM press service visited the volunteers and found out what they do and who they help.
The coordinator of the center Arina said that most often they receive help in the form of food, medicine, clothing, equipment. Among the “patrons" – benefactors from Poland, Germany, Canada and western Ukraine.
“We sort, pack, and then deliver humanitarian aid to the military where they need it most. At the headquarters, we hung a special map on which we put marks in the settlements where we visited. There are already several dozen of them. Among them are Volnovakha, Myrnohrad, Sviatohirsk, Sloviansk, Bakhmut, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Rubizhne and many others. We also transfer a variety of medical supplies to the hospital that help our defenders – to the hospital. Mechnikov, Dnieper Military Hospital and mobile mobile hospitals “

It is worth noting that since 2014 the volunteer community in Dnipro is very strong and friendly, because its representatives are used to sharing and helping each other. The girls say that when products that are not suitable for long-term storage and “extreme" transportation are brought to their center, they are happy to pass them on to “colleagues".
“Yesterday we brought 30 liters of fresh milk from the village. Of course, it will not reach the front, which is why we handed it over to the centers that support the displaced, as well as the TRO and the Dnipro Guard. Also, sometimes we receive delicious programs from Lviv, which we gladly share. There, in the Drohobych Theater, locals cook dumplings, fry cutlets, and then freeze them and give them to us. “
, – added Arina.
Most of the members of the center’s team are girls, and it is on their fragile shoulders that a huge amount of completely unfeminine work falls. But for all this they will be rewarded in the form of unspeakable gratitude, lives saved and inevitable victory.
