In Ukraine, a process has begun to inspect buildings and structures destroyed and damaged as a result of Russia's armed aggression to determine the possibility of their further operation, restoration or dismantling.

Currently, the first group of experts has left for Kyiv region.

Surveys should be conducted by contractors who have passed professional certification and received qualification certificates for the right to perform work.

“As a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, thousands of houses, schools, hospitals, and critical infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed. Therefore, a number of groups have already been formed for their examination, which include not indifferent specialists and experts who have the appropriate qualifications. And such groups continue to form".

– said Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development Natalia Kozlovska.

At the moment, the issue of the order of measures to determine the possibility of further operation of such buildings and structures, the implementation of restoration work or dismantling.

Inspection of destroyed and damaged buildings and structures takes place only after the process of demining, rescue and other urgent work.
