The Russian occupiers used carpet bombing tactics against Ukrainian villages

The village of Novoselivka, which borders Chernihiv on the northeast side, is almost completely destroyed by the aggressor country's troops.

The photographs taken on the remains of the village do not show any surviving houses. As the journalist explained, the occupiers used carpet bombing tactics here.

Houses in Novoselivka were literally destroyed to the ground. In addition, the bodies of dead villagers still remain under the ruins of buildings.

At this point, even after his release, Chernihiv residents should not return to their hometown now, they should wait until specialists restore communications. As Chernihiv Mayor Vladislav Atroshenko said earlier, the city of Chernihiv has been destroyed by 70%.
