In Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, shelling by Russian occupiers on March 30 and 31 engulfed a school, an oil depot and dozens of homes. The injured and dead residents of Lysychansk could not be removed from the streets for hours, said the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Haidai.

According to the head of the region, without taking into account yesterday's morning shelling in Lysychansk, nine houses were set on fire by Russians, five houses and a school in Severodonetsk, and one house in Rubezhnoye. There are houses that were damaged by shelling but did not explode.
