Energodar is a city in the Zaporizhia region that is currently under occupation. On April 2, residents of the city went to a peaceful rally in support of Ukraine. The rally was peaceful, people sang the Ukrainian national anthem, and the occupying forces watched.
However, as soon as the townspeople began to disperse, paddy wagons approached the venue, in which the invaders began to “pack" the activists.
Within minutes, the city was shaken by the sounds of explosions and massive shelling. Terrified energy donors began to flee in different directions. Sirens of cars worked even in the streets far from the place of explosion.
It is currently known that four people were injured in a series of explosions and mortar fire on civilians in the area of BC Contemporary.
At the same time, it is reported that Energodar has begun to shut down communications. Wired Internet has disappeared, phone calls are also impossible.
