In the morning Lysychansk shuddered from the intense shelling. We have significant destruction of multi-storey residential buildings. There are probably people under the rubble. 13 rescuers and 3 units of SES of Luhansk region are working at the scene.

Rescuers pulled out 5 people, evacuated 8 to safe places and, unfortunately, found one person dead under the rubble. The work continues. Information about the dead and injured is being clarified.
